Fla. Stat. § 636.062: Appeals from the office or department.

Any person, entity, or prepaid limited health service organization subject to an order of the office or department under s. 641.3909 or s. 641.3913 may obtain a review of the order by filing an appeal therefrom in accordance with the provisions and procedures for appeal under s. 120.68.
