ARTICLE 1: PLACE NAMES

The elementary school located in the Municipality of Yona and heretofore known as the Yona Elementary School is hereby renamed the Manuel U. Lujan Elementary School and at such ceremony as the Director deems appropriate said school shall be officially named.
