1 GCA § 818: Francisco Baza Leon Guerrero Elementary School.

The elementary school, currently under construction, which is located in the Municipality of Yigo is hereby renamed the Francisco Baza Leon Guerrero School to honor the late Francisco Baza Leon Guerrero from Chalan Pago, who was known and venerated by all Guamanians as former speaker of I Liheslatura and as the Father of the Organic Act. At such ceremony as the Director deems appropriate, said school shall be so officially named, at which time a plaque bearing the name, picture and a brief history of the contributions of Francisco Baza Leon Guerrero to Guam shall be affixed at a suitable spot within the school.
