1 GCA § 902: Creation.

There is created within the Office of the Governor of Guam, the Guam Humanitarian Service Award (Award), to be given to individuals who actively participated in the accomplishment of missions or task(s) to protect life or property during or in the aftermath of a natural or man-made disaster, public health emergency, or civil unrest.
