Chapter 9: Guam Humanitarian Service Award Program

The Governor may accept nominations for the Award commencing sixty (60) days after the declaration of a natural or man-made disaster, public health emergency, or civil unrest. Nominations for the Award may be submitted by any person; provided that, no person may nominate themselves.
