10 GCA § 21303: Creation of Senior Citizens Housing Task Force; Membership.

The Senior Citizens Housing Task Force is hereby created and shall consist of nine (9) members.

(a) Task Force members shall serve for a term of eighteen (18) months.

(b) The following nine (9) individuals shall serve as appointed members of the Task Force:

(1) the Chairperson of the Legislative Committee on Senior Citizens or her/his designee;

(2) the Department of Public Health and Social Services Division of Senior Citizens Administrator or her/his representative;

(3) a member of the Guam Council on Senior Citizens;

(4) the Executive Director of the Guam Housing Corporation or her/his representative;

(5) the Executive Director of the Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority or her/his representative;

(6) a member of the general public appointed by the Speaker of I Liheslaturan Guåhan;

(7) a member of the Guam Realtors Association who shall be appointed by I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan;

(8) a representative from the Guam Developmental Disabilities Council who shall be appointed by I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan; and

(9) a representative or designee from the Guam Economic Development Authority.
