10 GCA § 82A1203: Discharge Plan Requirement.

(a) Any patient placed on assisted outpatient treatment must be given a treatment plan at the time of discharge from inpatient care and placement on an assisted outpatient treatment program for a period anticipated being greater than seventy-two (72) hours.

(b) An outpatient treatment plan may include, but is not limited to,

(1) suggested medication;

(2) individual or group therapy;

(3) day or partial day programming activities;

(4) services and training, including educational and vocational activities;

(5) residential supervision;

(6) intensive case management services; and

(7) living arrangements.
