10 GCA § 82A1204: Early Discharge Hearing.

A hearing before the court to determine the appropriateness of the discharge of a patient prior to the expiration of his or her assisted treatment period may be demanded as a matter of right by

(a) the petitioner;

(b) the patient’s legal guardian or conservator, if known;

(c) an adult member of the patient’s household, if known; and

(d) anyone recognized as a party at the initial assisted treatment hearing or any subsequent renewal hearings.
