11 GCA § 7110: Unarmed Combatant Defined.

- ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS
(a) Unarmed combatant means any person who engages in unarmed combat in a contest or exhibition, whether or not the person receives remuneration.
(b) The term includes, without limitation:
(1) A contestant; and
(2) An amateur boxer who:
(A) Is registered with the Guam Amateur Boxing organization recognized by the Guam National Olympic Committee and the International Boxing Association (AIBA); and
(B) Any contestant who has participated in a competition promoted as a professional event or competes against a professional contestant regardless of remuneration or not, shall not be allowed to compete in amateur unarmed competitions.
(c) The term does not include a person who participates in a contest or exhibition that is exempt from the provisions of this Chapter.
