ARTICLE 2: MEDICAL ADVISORY BOARD

(a) The Medical Advisory Board consisting of three (3) members to be appointed by I Maga’lahi is hereby created.

(b) A Chairman shall be elected from among the members.

(c) I Maga’lahi shall appoint each member to a term of four (4) years. If the position of a member is vacated, I Maga’lahi shall appoint a qualified person to replace the member for the remainder of the unexpired term.
