17 GCA § 18607: Conditions of Acceptance.

Educators accepted into this program herein shall agree to the following conditions:

(a) To successfully complete the courses;

(b) That the educator will remain employed by the Department of Education in the position for which the educator is seeking recertification for a period of not less than one (1) semester for every three (3) credits of support received herein;

(c) Present an eligibility certificate from the Department of Education that includes the educator’s present teaching concentration;

(d) Comply in a timely fashion with the Department of Education certification requirements; and

(e) Agree to repay the Dr. Antonio C. Yamashita Educator Corps for benefits provided if the conditions of this Section are not met.
