ARTICLE 1: ADMINISTRATION

No person receiving benefits under one article of this Chapter shall be entitled to benefits under any other article of this Chapter, and no person receiving benefits under any teacher training program, in-service training program or other government of Guam education programs shall be entitled to benefits under the provision of this Chapter.
