17 GCA § 28107: Discharge of Award Obligations Upon Death or Disability.

ARTICLE 1: ADMINISTRATION

The Board may, upon the death or disability of a student who is receiving or has received an award under the provisions of this Chapter, discharge in full or in part all obligations for the repayment of said award.
