17 GCA § 28502: Scope of the Program.

The Pedro “Doc” Sanchez Professional Scholarship for Career Employees of the Government of Guam shall be available to all classified government employees who belong to the career service of the Government of Guam, including the Judiciary, who desire undergraduate studies in public administration, or in other undergraduate degree programs offered at the College of Business and Public Administration, University of Guam, or who wish to enroll in the graduate M.P.A. or M.B.A. Program offered at the College of Business and Public Administration, University of Guam, subject to the conditions established in §§ 28103 through 28105 of this Chapter.
