17 GCA § 45104: Prize Ceremony.

The Prize Committee shall inform the Legislature of the prize winners, and, working in conjunction with the Legislature, shall annually hold an appropriate ceremony for the award of such prizes. Such ceremony shall include appropriate honors for the occasion and at said ceremony each prize winner shall receive, in addition to the prize awarded, a suitable prize certificate, in a form approved by the Committee and signed by the Speaker.
