17 GCA § 45105: Annual Legislative Parent-Teacher Association Prizes.

There are hereby established annual legislative prizes, one for that Parent-Teacher Association of any of the public schools of Guam, and one for the Parent-Teacher Association of any of the private schools of Guam, which in the judgment of the Legislature, have done the most for their respective schools, for the pupils attending such schools, and for the community during the preceding year. The Speaker of the Legislature shall appoint a special committee of five (5) persons to recommend to the Legislature the annual prize winners.
