2 GCA § 10103: Separate Accounts for Each Agency.

Within the Legislative Agencies Fund, separate accounts and books shall be kept for each agency utilizing the fund. The sums appropriated to each agency using the fund shall not be used by any other independent agency, provided, however, that the Committee on Rules, by majority vote of its full membership, may authorize the transfer of funds from the Legislative Agencies Fund to the Legislature Operations Fund.
