5 GCA § 58C102: Responsibilities of Contractor.

The Contract shall require that the Contractor be responsible for all costs, expenses and fees of any kind or nature, associated with the purchase of equipment, installation, and permits associated with the installation and maintenance of electronic security systems in the schools. The Contractor shall further be responsible for the connection and payment of all utilities, including, but not limited to power, telephone and cable, needed for the proper functioning of said electronic security systems.
