5 GCA § 58C103: Security System Study.

The Superintendent of Education shall perform, or cause to be performed, a risk assessment that determines each school’s needs for an appropriate school security system for all the school campuses of the Guam Department of Education. The expedited procurement as authorized in § 58C104 or any procurement of an electronic security system for the school campuses of the Guam Department of Education utilizing public funds shall not occur until the study required by this Section is submitted to I Liheslaturan Guåhan.
