9 GCA § 94107: Logistical and Equipment Support.

The government shall provide the sworn officers with emergency and first aid outfits, weapons, motor vehicles, and all other supplies and equipment necessary to carry out the mission of the Department. All such property shall remain the property of the government. When any Department property, supplies or equipment becomes surplus, obsolete, or unused, it shall be disposed of as provided by law. However, if deemed not doable, law enforcement agency directors and general managers of the participating agencies shall provide necessary logistical, and equipment support to efficiently and effectively carry out the provisions of this Chapter.
