9 GCA § 94108: Training and Supplies.

The Chief of Police shall ensure that all reassigned sworn peace officers receive the required training from the Guam Police Department to effectively carry out their duties under this Chapter. All other funding needed for training and supplies shall be determined under § 94102 of this Chapter.
