- CHAPTER 86 HUMAN TRAFFICKING
(1) A person who commits human sex trafficking as described in section 18-8607, Idaho Code, shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for a period of no less than five (5) years and no more than twenty-five (25) years, or by a fine of no less than fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) and no more than eighty thousand dollars ($80,000), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
(2) A person who commits human sex trafficking of a child as described in section 18-8608, Idaho Code, shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for a period of no less than ten (10) years and no more than thirty (30) years, or by a fine of no less than twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) and no more than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
(3) A person who commits human labor trafficking as described in section 18-8609, Idaho Code, shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for a period of no less than three (3) years and no more than twenty-five (25) years, or by a fine of no less than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) and no more than eighty thousand dollars ($80,000), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
(4) A person who commits human labor trafficking of a child as described in section 18-8610, Idaho Code, shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for a period of no less than five (5) years and no more than twenty-five (25) years, or by a fine of no less than fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) and no more than eighty thousand dollars ($80,000), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
