Idaho Code § 22-3318: Penalties.

Any person who shall violate or aid in the violation of any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300) or imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both. Fines collected for violation of this act shall be paid into any account of the commission established pursuant to section 22-3319, Idaho Code.
