Idaho Code § 22-4012: Appointment of administrator — Duties — Salary.

The commission may appoint an administrator who shall devote full time to the administration of the provisions of this chapter. He shall proceed immediately to prepare the plans and general program necessary and adequate to carry out the policies that are adopted by the commission. The administrator shall be paid a reasonable salary fixed by the commission, commensurate with his duties, and all necessary expenses.
