Idaho Code § 22-4013: Establishment of administrator’s office.

For the convenience of the majority of those most likely to be affected in the administration of the provisions of this chapter, the administrator, upon recommendation of the commission, shall establish and maintain an office for the administrator within the state of Idaho.
