Idaho Code § 67-7435: Reimbursements for government services.

It is the intent that the lottery shall be a self-supporting agency of state government. The director shall reimburse at a reasonable rate all other governmental entities for any and all services necessary to effectuate the purposes of this chapter provided by such governmental entities to the state lottery.
