Idaho Code § 67-7436: Audits.

A certified public accounting firm appointed by the commission shall conduct audits of all accounts and transactions of the state lottery. The director and his agents conducting an audit under this chapter shall have access and authority to examine any and all lottery-related records of lottery vendors and retailers. Such records shall be subject to disclosure according to chapter 1, title 74, Idaho Code.
