CHAPTER 110 HIGHER EDUCATION
Service Member Education Rights Veneration Act.

(a) Each institution shall provide service member students entitled to rights and benefits under this Act with a notice of the rights, benefits, and obligations of service member students under this Act provided by the Attorney General's ISERRA Advocate.

(b) The requirement for the provision of notice under this Act may be met by the posting of the notice where the institution customarily places notices for service member students.
