110 ILCS 153/5-40: Military spouse.

The spouse of a service member called to military service may withdraw, without penalty, when such service adversely interferes with the pursuit of higher education of such spouse. Withdrawal shall be marked as "withdrawal due to military service" so as not to prejudice such service member spouse. Such service member spouse shall be entitled to a full refund except for a pro rata share of services used.
