CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Ferries Act.

Every keeper of a ferry shall provide proper wharves, causeways or other conveniences and safeguards, for the embarking and landing of passengers, teams, horses, cattle, and other property in safety, and without unnecessary delay.
