CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Ferries Act.

He shall keep the ferry at all times in good repair, and shall faithfully attend thereto, with such and so many sufficient and safe boats and so many competent men, and proper implements, as shall be necessary to operate such ferry for the proper accommodation of the public.
