225 ILCS 515/10.2

Each employee recruited pursuant to Section 10.1 shall be provided by the employment agency with a written summary of the laws of the State of Illinois relevant to his employment. The summary shall be both in English and the language in which such employee is fluent. The summary shall include, but not be limited to, explanations of Illinois law regarding payments of wages, wage assignments, wage deduction orders and migrant labor camps.
