CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Private Employment Agency Act.

Each employment agency shall transmit to the Attorney General of the State of Illinois and the appropriate State's Attorney allegations of violations of Sections 10.1 and 10.2. Any such violation shall be a Class A misdemeanor.
