30 ILCS 537/35: Small projects.

In any case where the total overall cost of the project is estimated to be less than $10 million, the State construction agency may combine the two-phase procedure for selection described in Section 30 into one combined step, provided that all the requirements of evaluation are performed in accordance with Section 30.
