305 ILCS 5/5J-5: Distressed Hospital Loan Program.

The Distressed Hospital Loan Program is created. The purpose of the Program is to provide, subject to appropriation and the availability of funds, interest-free cash flow loans to public, not-for-profit, and for-profit hospitals in significant financial distress to prevent the closure of or to facilitate the reopening of those hospitals.
