325 ILCS 3/10-120: Early Intervention Services Fund.

The Early Intervention Services Fund (formerly the Early Intervention Services Revolving Fund), created by Public Act 89-106 and continued under Public Act 103-594, shall be held as a trust fund by the State Treasurer as ex officio custodian and used by the lead agency to pay for early intervention services.

The lead agency or its designee shall make expenditures from the Early Intervention Services Fund in accordance with applicable program provisions. Expenditures shall be limited to those purposes and amounts specified under applicable program guidelines. There shall be deposited into the Fund family fees, insurance company payments, federal financial participation received as reimbursement for expenditures from the Fund, and appropriations made to the State agencies involved in the payment for early intervention services under this Act.

Any interest earned on amounts in the Fund shall be deposited into the Fund.
