430 ILCS 115/16: Illinois Administrative Procedure Act.

The provisions of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act are hereby expressly adopted and shall apply to all administrative rules and procedures of the Department of Public Health under this Act. The Department of Public Health is authorized to use peremptory rulemaking under Section 5-50 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act. The Department will make any rule adopted hereunder available electronically to the public and shall not be required to furnish copies in any other format.
