430 ILCS 115/17: Facility Licensing Fund.

CHAPTER 430 PUBLIC SAFETY
Illinois Modular Dwelling and Mobile Structure Safety Act.

All fees and penalties collected under this Act shall be deposited into the Facility Licensing Fund. Subject to appropriation, all money deposited into the Facility Licensing Fund under this Act shall be available to the Department for administration of this Act.
