CHAPTER 50 LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Local Government Debt Limitation Act.

The limitations prescribed in Section 1 of this Act shall not apply to any indebtedness incurred by any city, village or incorporated town under the "Illinois Municipal Code", approved May 29, 1961, as amended.
