50 ILCS 405/1.19

The limitations prescribed in Section 1 of this Act shall not apply to any indebtedness for either acquiring, constructing, operating, and maintaining sewage facilities or sewage treatment plants, or a combination thereof, as the case may be, incurred by any county which has accepted the provisions of "An Act in relation to water supply, drainage, sewage, pollution and flood control in certain counties", approved July 22, 1959, as amended.
