CHAPTER 50 LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Local Government Debt Limitation Act.

The limitation prescribed in section 1 of this Act shall not apply to any indebtedness of any township or road district for the construction, improvement and repair of roads and bridges or other road purposes, and work incident thereto.
