CHAPTER 50 LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Local Government Debt Limitation Act.

The limitation prescribed in Section 1 of this Act shall not apply to any indebtedness of any town to establish, acquire by purchase or otherwise, construct, improve, extend, repair, equip, maintain and operate a public hospital.
