CHAPTER 505 AGRICULTURE
Illinois Milk Promotion Act.

The operation of any milk promotion program or any part thereof may be temporarily suspended for any reasonable cause by the Milk Promotion Board for any period of time not to exceed one year. Such suspension shall not nullify the program.
