No person shall knowingly fail or refuse to comply with any requirement of this Act. The Milk Promotion Board may institute any action which is necessary to enforce compliance with any provision of this Act and program. Each day's violation constitutes a separate offense. In addition to any other remedy provided by law, the Milk Promotion Board may petition for injunctive relief without being required to allege or prove absence of any adequate remedy at law.
