625 ILCS 5/6-1007: Licenses; form and filing.

All applications for renewal of an enhanced skills driving school license or instructor's license shall be on a form prescribed by the Secretary, and must be filed with the Secretary not less than 15 days preceding the expiration date of the license to be renewed.
