625 ILCS 5/6-1008: Instructor's records.

Every enhanced skills driving school shall keep records regarding instructors, students, courses, and equipment, as required by administrative rules prescribed by the Secretary. Such records shall be open to the inspection of the Secretary or his representatives at all reasonable times.
