All officers and trustees of the Park Employees' and Retirement Board Employees' Annuity and Benefit Fund shall aid the Civil Service Board in all proper ways in carrying out the provisions of the Act, and at any place where examinations are to be held shall allow reasonable use of the premises occupied by the Park Employees' and Retirement Board Employees' Annuity and Benefit Fund for holding such examinations, and shall cause suitable rooms to be provided for the Civil Service Board at the expense of the Park Employees' and Retirement Board Employees' Annuity and Benefit Fund.
