A sufficient sum of money shall be provided each year by the Board of Trustees of the Park Employees' and Retirement Board Employees' Annuity and Benefit Fund to carry out the provisions of this Act; and said trustees shall allow to said Civil Service Board such clerical help and such sums to operate and maintain said Civil Service Board as shall be necessary, and the compensation of such clerical help, and such sums allowed, shall be paid by the Park Employees' and Retirement Board Employees' Annuity and Benefit Fund in the same manner as for other administrative purposes.
