CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Chicago Park and City Exchange of Functions Act.

Park district employees, other than park policemen, whose employment is transferred to the city by this Act, and who were members of the park employees annuity fund, shall remain members of the park employees annuity fund.
