CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Chicago Park and City Exchange of Functions Act.

Employees of the city who are members of an annuity and benefit fund maintained by the city and whose employment is transferred by this Act to the park district, shall remain members of such annuity and benefit fund.
